Is it the right time to buy or sell Real Estate?

    I am really excited to launch a weekly real estate market pulse blog. I find that the real estate market shifts often. While the market shifts, I have found that sellers and buyers at times miss incredible opportunities.

   Real Estate is a tangible asset. Unlike stocks you can touch a house or apartment complex. Don't get me wrong, I have encouraged some folks to call their financial advisor to realize if transferring their real estate equity to a mutual fund might be there best return on investment. I feel that it all has a lot to do with which stage of life we are in.
